What are your opening hours?
Office hours are 09:00–18:00 Indochina Time (UTC+7), Monday to Saturday. WhatsApp and Line are monitored 24/7 — out-of-hours replies typically arrive within an hour, often faster.
How fast will you reply?
Median first reply on WhatsApp during office hours: under nine minutes. Email: within two working hours. Inquiry-form submissions: within one working day, almost always the same day.
Will I get a real person or a bot?
A real person, every time. We do not run chatbots, lead-routing software, or AI auto-responders on our customer channels. If a message comes from us, a sailor wrote it.
Which languages do you reply in?
English and French natively. We handle German, Italian, Spanish and Thai conversationally and have native speakers we can loop in for contracts in any of those languages.
Can I drop in to the Phuket office?
Yes — walk-ins are welcome during office hours. If you'd like a longer planning chat with maps spread on the table, drop us a quick WhatsApp first so we can have the right person and the right boats lined up.
